1. About these terms

These draft terms describe the current CreddiFix frontend demonstration (“Demo”). The legal entity operating any live CreddiFix service is Creddifix , registered in Mysore, Karnataka, India (“operator,” “we,” “us”). Replace these details and confirm the final terms before making the service available to customers.

By using the Demo, you agree to these terms as they are completed and published by the operator. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What the current Demo does

The supplied package is a browser-only interface. It can display profile details saved in this browser and let you choose a bureau and view an indicative price. It is not connected to a live account service, credit bureau, report-generation service, or payment provider. Submitting the report button does not order a report or take payment.

The “Forgot password” page is also a visual form only. It does not send a password-reset email. Do not rely on the Demo for account access, credit decisions, or report delivery.

3. Accounts and information

The current signup flow is not real authentication or account creation. It saves limited profile fields in your browser so the dashboard can display them. Do not enter information you are not comfortable storing in the browser. Passwords are checked in the page but are not saved by this frontend.

Any live service must define account eligibility, minimum age, identity checks, account security, and user responsibilities here before launch: [insert approved account and age requirements].

4. Permitted use

Use the Demo lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s information without permission, or use the service to mislead or harm others. The operator should adapt these rules to the final live product and applicable law.

5. Credit and financial information

Any educational content, scores, report descriptions, or guidance provided by a future service is for general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or credit-repair advice, and it does not guarantee a credit score, loan approval, dispute result, or financial outcome. Verify information with the relevant bureau or lender and obtain qualified advice for decisions that affect you.

The current Demo does not retrieve or generate a credit report. Bureau names and prices shown in the interface are illustrative and are not an offer to provide a report.

6. Pricing and payments

No payment is processed by the supplied frontend package. If paid features are enabled later, the operator must publish the applicable prices, taxes, payment provider, billing terms, cancellation and refund rules before accepting an order.

7. Availability and changes

The Demo is provided for evaluation and may change or become unavailable. The operator has not made an uptime or support commitment in this draft. Before launch, specify how material changes to the live terms will be communicated and when they take effect.

8. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, do not rely on the Demo as a substitute for a live bureau report or professional advice. Any final warranty exclusions, liability limits, consumer protections, and remedies must be reviewed and written for the operator’s jurisdiction; this draft does not set a legally reviewed liability cap.

9. Privacy

Use of the current Demo is described in the Privacy Policy draft. A live service must update that policy to identify the actual operator, data recipients, retention periods, and user rights.
